Intuitive interpretation: Out there amongst the sea, the waves become topsy turvey. The tide drags us out and flips us around making our lives feel
Like they have been turned upside down and inside out.
But take the advice of the pelican, that no matter how difficult life becomes, no matter how much you plunge, we still pop to the surface.
The pelican holds the knowledge about how to rise above lifes trials. There is a oneness occurring on mass levels as we are being asked to release heavy bagged that has held us down. (Pelican: Ted Andrews).
Mother Earth is bringing the secrets to light which have been hidden from sight. Know to focus your heart on the light, the breath, that tromoiltous energy that needs a rest.
Allow yourself to center and grow (hummingbird) and to focus on those small moments of joy that come inbetween the heavy waves of emotional release. Just breathe. This too shall pass. And no matter what is left after the storm, we shall find the flow back to the norm.

Breaking free
We all have pattering loops that we go round and round in from time to time.
When we take a minute to sit back and look at the endless cycles on the loop, we question what brought us here. Why are we stuck on this infinite loop?
How do we detach from the old and move into the new? How do we break an unbreakable bond?
We balance. We find the equilibrium between giving and receiving. Doing 50% for ourselves and 50% for others. What false beliefs and old outdated, and out of balance pieces, are you ready to transcend?
Will you allow your transformation to occur?
The Phoenix says it’s time for renewal and rebirth. You get to choose to be infinite or the rouse of the old programming. 
What false beliefs about ourselves or about our lives are we ready to let go of? It is time to transform it. It is time to rise from the old and balance with the new?
Be patient with yourself as new strands of DNA and RNA are coming online.
There’s also a mass healing occurring through the throat chakra solar, plexus, and sacral chakra.
Ask yourself what part of yourself are you keeping in and what are you ready to move forward with? Where have you given your power away? Are you ready to take it back? What relationship rebalancing needs to happen so you can create that joy in your life.

We are in the thick of the energy being palatable but yet the amazingness of this energy is expanding you, yourself, your higher self to the next level.
Embody your awakening. If you are feeling a pause or disorientated that is because there is contraction before expansion.
Know that as you shift and change into a more heart centered life, life shifts and changes around you.

Life is a spiral of cycles and patterns that ebb and flow. Take a look back and reflect where are you ready to grow?
In all the chaos a new you is being rebirthed but it all has to do with you choosing what you are for. Shit may seem crazy with out explanation chatoclismic time collapse are transcending those old out dated versions of you. Those things that aren’t for you, are dropping off and here comes the opportunity to be the true soul of you.
Don’t dismay of what is shifting, rather come to center in your heart and just listen. There is one thing in life that is always going to be there, change, it’s here now , so shift! Dump out that old drawer of patterns and crap, feel it, grieve it, heal it, thank it for showing you the parts of you that you had forgotten about. Your inner child beckons for a hug, use these retrogrades, these triggers, to show you what needs more love.
In the moments of crazy set that old shit down and give your energy to you, to your heart so you can be found. Knowing that you were never really lost, you just needed time to process.
Time lines are shifting at an ever speedy rate as we ascend past the old and into this new place. Sit with those parts of you that need a hug and to be loved. Nurture them, hold them, process the feels.

-Change-Expansion-Joy
We feel as if we are on the precipice of something new. As we look back we see the experiences that we have been through and wonder, why? What lessons can we take away ?
Before we come into our current human bodies, ancestors prior to us grant us their lessons they did or did not learn.
We are their kin, and as we Proceed to work through are own templates, (ancestral programming and choice) we have a choice to continue the cycle or break it for the next generation.
As we go through the shit it’s hard to see the big picture, to see the forest for the trees.
To see the blessings these so on called forth lessons are gifting us.
But as we rise and find the confidence to face our fears, suddenly we can see the divine template unfolding.
That all of the struggle and strife, pattern after lesson, sadness and madness, suddenly begin to shift as we shift. Our perspective shifts.
As we trust in the journey, and trust in ourselves, a new heaven begins to unfolds right before our eyes.
Did we have to go through all of those tough times to see the beauty in our journey? Maybe.
But those things bring growth and expansion into our divine self as we ascend to another vibration.
One that promises joy and support in this journey called life.
Grow, expand, shift and believe that your wishes are being granted, sometimes patience is required as greatness is in the making.
